Collection: Amulette

Annie Legault is a Montreal-based fibre artist and founder of Amulette, French for 'protection against darkness.'

A graduate of Concordia University's Fibres and Material Practices program, she hand-weaves rugs, lamps, throws, and hanging planters from cotton rope, hemp, and synthetic rope, all manufactured in Canada.

Her most recent work incorporates decommissioned climbing rope sourced from a rigging company, material no longer rated for its original use but valued here for its texture and character.

Rooted in a philosophy of slow design, Amulette's pieces are made to feel warm, enveloping, and quietly comforting.
